Now Isn’t That Some Bullfeathers?

You may have been wondering where your favorite IPA CatBirD has been. We had to unfortunately stop making our favorite beer in its true form; this article from the Sacramento News Review has a more in-depth explanation as to why this has happened. We are extremely unhappy about these circumstances and think not being able to make one of our favorite beer recipes is “Bullfeathers“! In the meantime our latest IPA release selfishly brings back this very recipe, but this time around without the “special ingredient.” The flavor of this beer was built for a purpose and it’s so true to the original you’ll question if there’s really anything missing.

12/5 Wednesday: Geeks who Drink + Tomski Sausage

Join us at 7pm for our weekly Geeks Who Drink Pub Quiz. Our winning team last week was “Round Earthers” out of 24 competing teams. Come play along with us in the beautiful new Transplants event space and see if your team has what it takes to make it to 1st place! We’ll have Tomski Sausage back in the tasting room serving you tasty tots and sausages for dinner during Quiz.

It’s Aerospace Industry Night! Ask your beertender for a discount if you are in the Aerospace industry.

12/7 Friday: The Return of “I Mustn’t” + The Big Cheese Truck

Come try the hottest beer in town – our winter warmer “I Mustn’t” is back! It’s made with pomace and grape must from our friends at Pulchella Winery and is served piping HOT in a coffee mug. It’s the perfect winter treat for those super cold desert nights! If you want a toasty, warm sandwich to pair with your mug of “I Mustn’t,” The Big Cheese Truck will be here for dinner with their gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.

12/8 Saturday: “Cobra Lime” Randall + Familia Barrios

We have a special treat for you guys: try “Cobra Lime,” an even more villanous version of our “King Cobra Commander” Malt Liquor IPA through a randall of fresh homegrown limes! Zesty lime flavor always pairs well with Mexican food – good thing Familia Barrios will be here with their wonderful tacos and more.

Sierra Nevada Resilience Butte County Proud IPA

Sierra Nevada has announced the release of the “Reslience Butte County Proud IPA,” a beer which is being brewed as a fundraiser for the Camp Fire relief fund. They have asked other breweries to join them in making this beer and donating 100% of their profits from sales to the relief fund. We will be joining the list of other breweries making this collaboration brew on November 27; keep an eye out for this in the tasting room and help us support those who have been displaced by the Camp Fire.

Don’t forget about our Tesla Charging Station!

We’re excited to provide another Tesla Motors charging station here in the AV – and we’re pretty sure we’re the only brewery in LA County to have one of these! Now you can come and chill with us while you charge your electric vehicle. Want to see if your car is compatible? Click here to find out.
