New Black IPA, Discount Days, and The Boysening in the randall

Ask and you shall receive! Due to the overwhelming support we are now offering 10% off Aerospace employees on Thursdays. In other big news a new Black IPA is on the horizon, Sunglasses At Night. This week in the Tasting Room:

Wednesday 11/16: Hump day is upon us and so is Geeks Who Drink Trivia Night at 7pm. Food truck @ 6pm Zodiac Grill. 

Thursday 11/17: Aerospace discount night, this includes 10% off your bill when you mention your employer. Please spread the news to your coworkers and meet here for a night cap.

Friday 11/18:  Looking for something strong, dark, and hoppy? We got you covered, today we realease our new Black IPA, Sunglasses At Night. Back again with some dinner options @ 6PM Zodiac Grill Food Truck.

Saturday 11/19: We have a very tasty randall planned tonight, The Boysening will be infused with fresh mint and blackberries. Also back again @ 6PM Zodiac Grill.

Sunday 11/20: Mystery Flight Night! Guess your entire flight of four beers correctly just by smell and taste. If you guess correctly the flight is only 1$. The flights are usually 8-10 dollars a pop so that is a steal.

Monday 11/21: We welcome all food and beverage workers to Transplants for a night of 50% off each beer. Please mention your employer when ordering. We are open till 11pm so when your shift is done have one half off on us!

Aerospace Discount Thursdays, Vagabond Cheese Returns, & Mystery Flight Sundays

Thanks to everyone who came to Field of Drafts, we had a great time and hope you did too! The Boysening returned for the occasion (now with three times the boysenberries) and is now available in the tasting room. And if you haven’t yet, you also need to experience I Mustn’t, our mulled wine/beer crossover served HOT, it’s the perfect sipping drink during these recent cold nights.

The Boysening Returns, Field of Drafts, and more exciting things this November

Hello Fellow Transplants!

 

 

This weekend we are excited to be participating in this year’s Field of Drafts Saturday November 5th!  We’ll be bringing plenty of classic favorites and special beers but it doesn’t stop there. Afterword we’ll keep the party going at Transplants by offering up special taps as well as a food truck so stay tuned for Saturday.

This week at the Tasting Room:

11/2 Wednesday – Our weekly Geeks Who Drink trivia night is back and Zodiac Grill is here to serve you dinner

11/3 Thursday -It’s mystery flight night! Upon request our bartenders will pour you a flight of their choosing; and if you guess the beers correctly, you get your flight for $1.

11/4 Friday –  Palmdale poppies will be flowing through the randall tonight, We’ll be infusing the beer with oranges, maraschino cherries, and bitters for a tasty kick! So if youre a fan of an Old Fashioned cocktail this is right up your alley. Zodiac Grill is here for dinner to so you’re all set.

11/5 Saturday – It’s time for Field of Drafts! Make sure you come by afterwards for special beers and Zodiac Grill to soak it all up. Plus, the long awaited return of The Boysening, now with 3x the boysenberries!

11/6 Sunday -It’s Daylight Savings time! In honor of “falling back” and colder weather we’re offering our newest beer I Mustn’t (a beer that resembles mulled wine and served hot) for a buck off.

11/7 Monday – Remember we are now open 4pm-11pm and it’s also industry night, so half off for anyone working in food and beverage.

“I Musn’t” miss this week’s fun at Transplants Brewing!

Hello Fellow Transplants!

Don’t miss our veggie themed Halloween Party and costume contest with Tipsy Moon and Zodiac Grill this Friday October 28, when we will also be debuting “I Mustn’t,” our wine/beer crossover with mulling spices served HOT in a coffee mug! Plus, come in all weekend long for $1 off your first drink if you’re in costume!

Also, please don’t forget that this week on Tuesday October 25 at 5:00PM is a Lancaster City Council Meeting regarding replacement of Ordinance 1013, their misguided attempt to ban single serve alcohol containers. Please come let them know how poorly they have handled this issue.

At Transplants This Week: Vagabond Cheese Returns, New Food Truck, & IPA release!

Hello Fellow Transplants!

Thanks to all our new friends who checked us out in Denver at the Great American Beer Festival! The last week has been a complete blur, but we had a great time introducing ourselves to the beer world at large, meeting new people and trying new beers, and supporting all our LA friends who took home medals!

We’d like to remind everyone that we’re now open 4-11pm on Monday, and have new extended Sunday hours from 12-9pm.

This week at Transplants – Open Mondays and Later on Sundays!

We are thrilled to announce that we are now open Mondays from 4pm-11pm! It’s also industry night with a special discount for anyone working in the food or beverage industry. Additionally, due to popular demand we have extended our Sunday hours and are now open from 12pm-9pm. Keep on coming and we’ll push it further!

Attention hopheads: SumNug IPA has returned! You need to come experience this potent mouthful of dankness, it’s the current staff favorite and you need to try some before we drink it all. Come in and take a photo of your glass of this beer with the hastag: #NOTAJUICEBOMB Plus the latest batch of El Mas Guapo (our guava IPA collaboration with Johnny Hops) is the best one yet, and we just brewed ANOTHER batch so we don’t run out again since all you wonderful people keep drinking it up so quickly.

At Transplants This Week: SUMNUG IPA Returns, 2 Randalls, & a Roller Derby Party!

Hello Fellow Transplants!

We had a great time at BAM Fest last weekend in Santa Monica.  It was an awesome event with plenty of great beer and music!  Thanks to everyone who came out for that event.

This Week in the Tasting Room:

9/28 Wednesday   Geeks Who Drink weekly trivia returns @7pm with our original host Kelli.  Big thanks to April who did a great job filling in while she was away.  Zodiac Grill will also be back @6pm with menus specials so come hungry!

9/29 Thursday  It’s National Coffee Day!!  We’ll be infusing Black Bayou, our coffee chicory stout though a randall of fresh coffee beans in celebration on this super-caffeinated day.  Get ready for an amazing coffee punch! It’s gonna be like cold brew but beer instead!

9/30 Friday  El Mas Guapo returns after a brief hiatus with our best batch ever!  We will be infusing it though a randall of guava so get ready for the ultimate guava experience! The randall will be ready to rock by 4pm.  Zodiac Grill will also be back for your food needs at 7:30pm

10/1 Saturday   SUMNUG IPA RETURNS!! That’s right.. we know a ton of you were big fans of SumNug, our IPA featuring Summit and Nugget hops.  Also, Tipsy Moon and Zodiac Grill will be back later in the evening (sometime after 8:30pm) for a Wasteland Roller Derby after party!  So grab a good lunch early and save room for a tasty late night dinner.  It will be worth the wait!  And please check out the Wasteland Roller Derby/North County Derby Alliance game at the Hammack Center in Palmdale. Doors are at 5:30pm.

At Transplants This Week: Trivia, Naked Beer Day and a Mango IPA Randall

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to our Torta eating contest with Tipsy Moon and Zodiac Grill and congrats to our winner Chris Hair. If you weren’t there you missed out, but save the date because our next event together is on Friday October 28.

9/23 Friday Naked Day is finally here! We’ll be serving a flight of four beers from our regular lineup without the special ingredients. Come and try Cumbersome without cucumbers, Cream Cycle without orange and vanilla, Filbert without chocolate & hazelnut, and Black Bayou without coffee and chicory. We build our beers from the ground up to complement the carefully selected natural special ingredients (not an artificial dosing afterthought), here’s your chance to try a “normal” version of these regularly offered beers to see how we build the base recipe to support the overall recipe concept. Hello Fellow Transplants!

Thanks to all of our new friends for checking us out at the CCBA Craft Beer Summit in Sacramento last weekend. We had a great time pouring beer and representing the LA Brewer’s Guild and we got introduced to many amazing people and beers.

We have another exciting week at the tasting room:

9/14 Wednesday – Our weekly Geeks who Drink  pub quiz returns with Zodiac Grill for dinner

9/16 Friday Special Tapping of Maxmas, our 8.5% barleywine with maple syrup. We only have a limited amount and you don’t want to miss it! We’ll be offering 8oz half pours due to the limited amount of this beer.

9/17 Saturday  Torta Eating Contest with Tipsy Moon and Zodiac Grill, with meat infused with Transplants beer! Plus Cumbersome served through peppers grown by Tipsy Papa Juan. If you’ve ever tried their food before we know you won’t want to miss it!
